I had the pleasure of working with Bryl at Cambridge University Press and Assessment where he was one of our AI Engineers in our Gen AI Centre of Excellence. Bryl was always positive, approachable and had the ability to come up with strong solutions and approaches. Technically, Bryl was very strong, able to deliver good quality deliverables. Whether that was coding solutions are identifying low/no code options, he had the technical skills to know what was best. One of his key strengths was his people skills, able to easily work and communicate with our stakeholders, (many that were quite senior) present solutions or demo our POCs with confidence and a smile! Bryl is a good student and software developer who shows professionalism and dedication in whatever he does. His software projects during his academic years are up to standard and is being used by the university for some of its operations. Bryl was the most talented software engineer I've mentored in a long time. He's a fast learner, and he always makes sure to deliver quality output given a period of time.
